My question was, can 30 days of self-care make me a happier, healthier human-being? Could I wake up 30 days in a row and be happy?
I’ve been seeing this word a lot lately on adverts for beauty products and hashtags on social media. What does it mean exactly? Is it something that’s unique to each person? A certain product I could buy? A regimen that if I follow x,y,z, I’ll be guaranteed to be as fabulous looking as Jennifer Aniston at forty five?

I travel a lot so the idea of a blog seemed logical at first. Yet I put it off because I felt like there was no goal, no direction, no purpose other than pure entertainment.
